The rooms are beautiful, the beds and linens amazingly comfortable, the minibar is chock full of high end snacks and spirits, the staff are beyond friendly, there`s free wine at happy hour, the bath products are wonderful (usually L`Occitane or Aveda), lots of on-demand movies, and the room service food is very high quality.
