They were also very responsive - on checking out of my room I reported than the fitness equipment in my room needed servicing (this wasn't really an issue for me, I did so much walking every day that I really didn't feel the need to use the equipment!) and the complimentary bottled water was not replenished one day (I didn't report it at the time because I had bottled water in my daypack) - the staff on reception immediately discounted my stay (by more than what I had paid for the original upgrade.
