1. -Coin machine in the laundry room was out of order, and there are only 4 washers which seemed to always be in use, but one was broke as was one dryer.

7. On the downside,the food at Smithson`s Restaurant at the hotel was WELL below average(bland,overpriced ),the lobby was being renovated(still) and was dusty and noisy,our toilet broke down and flooded twice in 3 days,there was little closet or other space for a family of 5(couple or max.
