1. The staff were great and very helpful in trying to accommodate us but it's very difficult for them to fix a lot of the problems due to the fact that the property is basiclly worn out.

2. You're not in DC to lay around at watch TV (which was difficult in this room, as it was a corner room, and the TV was catty corner to the bed) The room was clean, the bed comfy, and checking in and out wasn't a hassle.

4. The cleaning staff is VERY loud in the halls - yelling up and down all afternoon so it's very difficult to work in your room.
