7. A/C did not work, got pretty much the run around (as in, told it was fixed - it wasn't; told we didn't know how to work thermostat - ridiculous; told we should have been moved the day before, but couldn't get hold of us - why not leave a message on the room phone to that effect? etc.

8. DC is a very very expensive city to visit making it hard to stay on any kind of a budget but where we lost the most money was food it is ridiculously overpriced and that goes for most of the city restaurents as well.
