2. The only downside is the noise at night, I am on the 30th bldg facing 29th, so it is a quiet street, but you still hear people talking and some traffic at nite.

3. The other downside is that there was no swimming pool - we didn't have time to use one anyway, but it would have been a nice option.

4. The major downside is that there are no metro stops in Georgetown - you have to take a Circulator bus to the nearest stop, which is about a mile away.
