1. We found the front desk staff very accomodating on any issues of concern.

2. My main issue with the hotel was the constant noise (from trucks/sirens/construction outside and cleaners/doors slamming/other customers inside).

9. For those with mobility issues, know that it's an uphill hike from the hotel to M Street, where cabs are frequent.
