1. My only negative comments would be that some of the rooms are starting to get a bit tired and dated; but even if the decor is not fancy it did not detract from my stay.

2. On the negative side, when we arrived and checked in, the room they gave us, although very nice, was much smaller than we anticipated and it also only had one lounge chair (no sofa).

8. The only negative was a tight fit in the parking garage, but I understand parking is a premium and was happy for a secure location at one of the cheapest parking rates for a hotel in the area.
