1. Spare yourself the huge expense of a car, most places including hotels charge to park your car.

5. Lots of space in the suite, bed was very comfortable and kitchen was adequate for cooking small meals, helped save money on eating out at expensive local restaurants.

8. Perhaps? Now, as a business traveller, I have stayed at a number of hotels in the city, which is fine for a single adult traveling on the corporate expense account.

9. There are other less expensive shuttles if you don't want to walk, a good tip for older folks or if you have young children.

10. It`s a neighborhood place and gives you a feeling of really being in Georgetown--and the Four Seasons is two blocks away and I`m sure MUCH more expensive.
