6. These are pest in many hotels these days, even expensive ones so beware and don't bring any beg bugs home since they don't make good souvenirs.

The only reason I stayed here is because I was looking for a last-minute room in the area on Hotwire - let me warn you, if the going rate for everything else is $300 per night and there is a two-star option on Hotwire for $140/night, do yourself a favor and pay for the more expensive room or go look on Craigslist - you are almost certain to do better than the District Hotel.
