6. As a former property manager I know that bed bugs are very hard to get rid of.

7. The building dates to the 1920s and thus the rooms are small, but the fixtures have been updated, the bedding was new, the tv and a/c worked fine, and I only paid $50 through Priceline in a city where anything under $100 - or even $200 - is hard to find.

8. I would only suggest that the management have a portable or hard-set rack for hanging clothing in the economy rooms (by the door) as some stuff you cannot fold into the drawers.

9. The green neon light from the bar next door gave the room an outlandish shimmer and the hard bed made sleep somewhat of a challenge, though.
