1. The only negative I would have to state is; it does have this annoying web cam looking over the backside of the property toward the beach, I guess its for the web marking of the view, and proximity to the beach.

2. We had to pick up our keys from an office nearby (about 2 miles away) and had to go there as well to check out (slightly annoying).

3. The webcam in unit 215 is a bit annoying to worry about when you are on vacation and/or have children since perverts seem to be able to control it and zoom in.
