1. Also, the unit does not have a dedicated wireless router (that I could find), but it wasn't a problem because the restaurant which is only two floors below had a network that we used.

3. The breeze keeps everything cool so it wasn't a problem, but you are almost on top of the water, so you will hear the waves crashing with the windows open.
