1. We had a unit on the top floor, was recently renovated and very nice (kitchen and floors could have been a bit cleaner but not horrible, we did comment this to the rental company we dealt with).

5. Yes, I agree that the ladies at the front desk were horrible - we were treated so poorly by them it wasn't even funny - I don't think they even know how to smile.
