2. negatives: The unit is managed through AA Oceanfront Properties, so you have to go off site to pick up/drop off keys.

3. I guess it was some of the negative (and I believe unfair) reviews that we read here before leaving that generated our anxiousness.

4. The only negative I would have to state is; it does have this annoying web cam looking over the backside of the property toward the beach, I guess its for the web marking of the view, and proximity to the beach.
