2. I faced I-35 and did not experience any noise issues at all, and I sleep VERY lightly.

3. I did notice that you could definitey hear highway noise while in the room, but it didn't end up being an issue for me since I was exhausted by the time we got in that evening anyway.

5. There were only minor issues - the toilet kept running if you didn't jiggle the handle, the shower head was almost 7 feet high and thus hard to adjust, and an empty beer bottle was sitting in the elevator lobby on my floor for several hours at least without a staff member picking it up.

9. We had a good discussion and she apologized for the problems, thanked me for alerting her to issues in the hotel, and reduced my nightly rate by a third.
