2. I suggest asking for a room between the 7th and the 10th floor, high enough to minimize NYC street noise while avoiding the highest floors to minimize elevator inconvenience and the fan problem noted above.

4. I was willing to accept this inconvenience in order to get the hotel`s advertised parking rate, which ultimately I did not get and the hotel would not make right, without making me jump through hoops and make all sorts of calls long after I had left to anonymous 'managers' .
