2. The shame is that the hotel has a lot of good points - free internet in the lobby, good breakfast, good location and lovely front desk staff.

3. It's not a quiet stay, but what did you expect on the island of Manhattan? Something I did not see mentioned, and it's a shame, is the back patio.
