1. Nice patio area, even though the neighborhood is not so good, I never felt unsafe.

2. My first night was terrible, arrived around 10pm and was put in room 105 which is below street level (I had asked for a room on a higher floor), it doesn't have adequate curtains and generally felt very unsafe (I was travelling alone).
