1. I had a hard time going to sleep--our room was right on Lexington and even though we didn't get back to the hotel until after 1am on both nights, it was still difficult for me to fall asleep with all the traffic noise.

3. I don't know if the price we paid for a decent queen sized bedroom with an oversized bath ( $152) is a long-lived special promotion or if it will disappear when this place catches on but this is really an outstanding value in a hard to please town.

4. The hotel was renovated in 2008 according to their Web site but I had a hard time believing they picked purple carpet in 1998.

8. At check in time, the small lobby does get pretty crowded, but again, the staff works hard to keep a positive attitude and meet everyone's needs.
