5. While that in itself provided for an inconvenience, like only 1 of 3 elevators servicing the whole hotel, it was really the service (or lack thereof) that made this hotel terrible.

6. They didn`t showed much understanding or interest in the guest or making your stay feel welcomed (if u got problem, they solve it, but they didn`t make u feel better or offer u something more for the inconvenience (to me thats fine, solve the problem and leave me alone.
