1. If you're a heavy sleeper, you likely won't have this problem, but I didn't get much rest on either night.

3. Wouldn't housekeeping and maintenance notice these things and cure the problems? Also, the heater in my original room was broken and necessitated three visits from maintenance.

9. I stayed by Renaissance 57 many times, and in this neighborhood is the one I prefer: the style is unique, staff is really friendly and helpful when problems arise, and is the perfect location to start visiting Manhattan, near the main undergrounds and 5 mins walk from Central Park.
