3. Now the negatives and im afraid to say there were a few:The big ones first:On day 2 our bathroom flooded, if I hadnt been there and wasnt able to stop the toilet flooding by messing with the plumbing, the room, along with all our baggage and purchases would have been ruined.

4. He poked and prodded around, messing with the main unit for a couple minutes (we later realized all he did was press the 'on/off' button of the main unit), and then declared it would get warm in no time.

8. It also took 4 reviews of everyone`s reservation to ensure they were correct, but when we arrived at the hotel they were all messed up again.
