1. Reception Staff were incredibly rude, room was small, noisy, unclean and smelled of cigarettes, we booked an adjoining room for my mother who has recently been ill, then told on arrival that rooms were allocated on a day to day basis and even though we booked & confirmed an adjoining room through central reservations the hotel weren't prepared to give us one.
