1. My husband again rang new york (more cost) & was told the original booking had not been received and unfortunately the room that we requested was no longer available but they would book us into another room on ph2 floor (18 floor).

4. There are 2 lifts near the front of the hotel and 2 near the back, unfortunately there was often quite a small wait for these lifts as people always seem to be coming and going in this busy hotel.
