1. The lobby is 'no big deal' and the rooms were renovated, yet still looked like they needed more work.

2. My only complaint would be the large pillows on the bed - they didn't have pillow cases, were more like throw pillows, so I felt that they might be dirty - since they didn't have cases that could be washed - but it wasn't a big deal, just threw those off the bed and slept with only the regular pillow.
