1. Only 2 issues- construction on the parking garage across the street (be ready, jackhammers started at 8 AM), and lousy housekeeping (didn't vacuum most days- we wound up complaining and it was fine after).

5. As someone who hates to call the front desk and complain about frivolous things, I did call (couldnt sleep) and Jeremy had things taken care of within 5 minutes.
