1. The rooms are a bit run down but the beds are comfortable and we have never had maintenance issues (outside of slow draining tubs).

3. Wi-fi was free for all guests but quite slow; I'd gladly have paid more for faster wi-fi; the check-in experience was poor, with only one employee working at about 6:30pm on a weeknight, so there was quite a line ahead of us.
