3. We were on the 8th floor which was relatively quiet (we had no view and the external air conditioners kept a white noise constantly).

4. I stay in this hotel twice a year for the last couple of years and each time I have been there, there have been large groups of high school/ middle school groups that run around and make noise, as kids of that age will do.

5. The location is great, a block off Michigan Avenue, so you have great access to the 'Magnificent Mile' without the noise and bustle of being right on the strip.

8. First night we were in a room and I could not sleep well as I was conscious of the noise from the ventilation system ( not sure if this was because of jet lag that I was sensitive to the noise) but when I went to the front desk at 6am Rachel and the night porter couldn't have been more helpful.
