1. We were expecting a suite like we get at others hotels and this was just 2 rooms with a glass siding door (broken) between the rooms.

5. The bathroom door did not close, the shower curtain was ripped, the cabinets were chipped and worn, the sliding door which should have separated the rooms in the suite was off its track and broken, the fold out sofa bed was made of no mattress and just all springs.
