1. Management fixed problems right away but the score I gave would have been better if not for the housekeeping issue.

3. Major problem with the room is there is no connecting bathroom with the suite.

4. The only problems were noisy pipes at night, really uncomfortable sofa bed (ended up with the mattress on the floor - worked great) and upstairs neighbors chasing a puppy across the floor on our last night.
