1. The only problems were noisy pipes at night, really uncomfortable sofa bed (ended up with the mattress on the floor - worked great) and upstairs neighbors chasing a puppy across the floor on our last night.

5. Six, while the breakfast was nice, it was SOOO crowded and loud, that it was uncomfortable to sit and enjoy breakfast.
