Rooms have very little free space, plugins are worn and nothing will stay pluged in, maids only make beds and empty garbage cans the breakfast dishes and cups were still as left that morning, and the breakfast was very minimal, only the first in line got hot eggs, gravy pot was empty every time, counters a spill fest mess, toaster did not toast, orange juice was diluted, only good thing was the hot coffee (which was needed after the freezing shower), carpet in hallway on 2nd floor was not laid straight, front desk staff was rude to other members of my party (I didn't have that experiance), the parking spaces were ok, a little narrow for a van, but the underground parking was never full.
