1. Absolutely horrendous, I know it's hard to gauge these reviews from high maintenance guests and those who genuinely had a bad stay.

4. The beds are sleep number beds and while I do not know if we had a bad one or not, I do know that I felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress all night which was not comfortable at all.
