1. Between 7 different pillows i could not find one that wasn't aweful and the bed was broken; it was one of those adjustable on each side, but that didn't work, and it was by far the most uncomfortable bed ever.

4. Our new room is larger and comes with what appears to be dog food on the floor, hair all over the bed spread, and a broken remote for the tiny TV.

10. - Parking is $15 and across the street - not very convenient, valet parking is $30- Saw a big rat right at the parking garage- When I came to my room - it was freesing - heating was broken.
