5. As the Radisson trades heavily on its high-speed internet access in its advertising, and this was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel over others in Baltimore, I am very disappointed - both with the poor quality service, and the slow response time when problems were reported.

6. The manager of the hotel was unapologetic for the most part and saw no need to give a discount for the poor service we received because he had already provided discounts upfront.

7. The hotel dropped the ball on many fronts and failed to take responsibility for their poor service which included: 1) a lack of signage for our events, 2) food staff who were rude and not available (which resulted in non-guests picking in our food) 3) sales staff who were inaccessible 4) a very hot and humid lobby area 5) rooms that had mildew in the bathrooms 6) rooms with overflowing toilets WITH human waste that DID NOT belong to the guests in the room.

8. Bad: Things that bothered me and affected my review:Room smelt very old - mildewey; stains on the carpet in room (the red colored ones); poor morning breakfast service - breakfast was delivered 1 hour past time requested without even an acknowledgement due to the inconvenience.
