The hotel dropped the ball on many fronts and failed to take responsibility for their poor service which included: 1) a lack of signage for our events, 2) food staff who were rude and not available (which resulted in non-guests picking in our food) 3) sales staff who were inaccessible 4) a very hot and humid lobby area 5) rooms that had mildew in the bathrooms 6) rooms with overflowing toilets WITH human waste that DID NOT belong to the guests in the room.
