2. The first morning we slept late & missed the breakfast and I asked her if there was any coffee left and she looked at me like I was begging and rudely stated it was all gone (not really a problem, we did have a coffee maker in the room).

4. I am not going to rewrite what others have written, but will verify that this is a disgustingly dirty property, with an unhappy, and rude staff.

The hotel dropped the ball on many fronts and failed to take responsibility for their poor service which included: 1) a lack of signage for our events, 2) food staff who were rude and not available (which resulted in non-guests picking in our food) 3) sales staff who were inaccessible 4) a very hot and humid lobby area 5) rooms that had mildew in the bathrooms 6) rooms with overflowing toilets WITH human waste that DID NOT belong to the guests in the room.
