4. We had breakfast once at the restaurant and the servers offered us coffee before we got to see the menu, so unfortunately we didn't know that it was $4 each for coffee because of refills.

6. I must point out Maria on front desk, Chris on phones, Eswin, Jacob, and Juan on bellhop/shuttle drivers, as well as Saul in the dining room and a white-haired gentleman whose name I, unfortunately, did not get (in the restaurant as well).
