3. It's next to the park which can get quite busy on weekends with events, but we were still able to find parking on the street to avoid paying the parking fees the hotel charges.

7. - Laundry room on site so no need to look for a public laundry place and you can avoid the exhorbitant charges- average but ok gym on siteMinuses:- Rooms look like and smell like they have not been cleaned for 15 years- My room had mold- Bathroom is super duper small- TV signal is poor and TV set is average- The cleaning terrorist gang start pounding on your door at 8:30, including Saturdays- So much dirt, and I mean so so much dirt in the room: check the area around the TV .
