3. What I find now, after reading through the tripadvisor reviews, is that the real problem is not with priceline reservations, it is truly about a management staff who is not willing to properly care for its customers.

6. Although there were a couple of glitches during our stay, the manager quickly resolved both of them and went out of his way to not only correct the problems, but made every effort to acknowledge them and take complete responsibility.
