1. I can't say that the access issues is the hotel or the phone carrier, but it just seemed like there was a spell cast over the hotel to prevent access to the outside world.

3. The funny thing was that the lady said I was not the first person with this issue, I reiterated to them that when multiple people complain about the same issue, they should probably take notice and do something about it.

5. You could opt for valet but that has its own issues and may not be for everybody.

6. The room was very clean, the bed/pillows were comfortable, had an updated TV (although had signal issues on some channels), and the location was great (right near many restaurants and stores).
