1. Only complaint so far was that the 100 year old plumbing 'sang' to us when the nieghbors took a shower.

3. We were moved to the Q+C from our booked hotel because of a maintenance issue and the front desk manager told us we were 'not guests of the hotel and would have to take any complaints to our previous hotel'.

6. We stayed in the main building, so I cannot comment on the state of the rooms in the 2nd building, I have noticed most complaints on here involve the 2nd building - so try requesting a room in the main building.

7. My one complaint with this hotel is, on top of the tall television cabinet / cupboard space we found a few paper bags with garbage in them from previous guests.

10. ' I am not exaggerating what happened to us, and I don't understand how anyone else gave them good reviews since all the other visitors we talked to had similar complaints, even another car getting towed with ours.
