1. After numerous complaints and aruguements with the very rude staff.

5. The staff was rude, the room smelled, there was an armoire in front of the only window in the room, there were no covers on the bed, there were no extra blankets to be had, they didn't even take the time to change the alarm clock 3 months after the time change.
