1. I didn't like how we were on a non-smoking floor, yet we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway.

2. The staff was rude, the room smelled, there was an armoire in front of the only window in the room, there were no covers on the bed, there were no extra blankets to be had, they didn't even take the time to change the alarm clock 3 months after the time change.

But when we entered room, we noticed the following: The telephone pre-set buttons were missing, the smoke alarm was missing, but did show the exposed wires coming out of the wall, musty smell from the room, cracked caulking in the tub, trash on the floor behind the TV armoire, an orange dried liquid substance on the green carpet by the bed side, and a safe that did not work.
