4. Complaints were few: broken shelf in refrigerator door, bedroom phone direct quick dial buttons were broken, maid missed a day or two of cleaning our room.

I liked this place,Its a huge hotel complex with a lot of rooms, but its broken up into phases, so after youve first checked in, you can go straight to your block then to your room, without passing through reception, this makes it feel more like an apartment complex which i liked, as being as big a hotel as it is, if you had to go through reception, i could see it being a bit chaotic.

8. Door handles to drawers were broken and our keycard had broken lock, so engineering had to fix the lock, we were at the point of having to move rooms when they had fixed it but it took some time and a door without a lock for nearly a day.
