1. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and very professional - complaints are handled promptly and politely, special requests are accommodated, options are explained clearly, and the staff are knowledgeable.

2. complaints were few: broken shelf in refrigerator door, bedroom phone direct quick dial buttons were broken, maid missed a day or two of cleaning our room.

3. My only other complaint is that this is one of the few Marriotts who would not accept my Friends and Family discount (my brother is an employee) and we thought the price was a little high.

4. Got a great deal through an airline so no major complaints - location is good and there is a 'free' (of course, it's not really free - you'll need a tip) shuttle that runs to Walt Disney World, which you absolutely need as each park charges $14 for parking.

10. Our only complaint was that the Concierge was only interested in signing you up for timeshare tours in order to reduce your theme park tickets, so it was quite hard to find out quickly where something was as they were always trying to convince others in front of you to go on the timeshare tour.
