7. Our only complaint was that the Concierge was only interested in signing you up for timeshare tours in order to reduce your theme park tickets, so it was quite hard to find out quickly where something was as they were always trying to convince others in front of you to go on the timeshare tour.

10. The lobby staff were VERY friendly and helpful, housekeeping always kept the room very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel - they provide two different types of pillows (one hard / one soft).
