1. * the towels were clean but had that burnt rubber smell to them lile they were dried with ruber backed mats or something (not sure how to describe but i bet some of you know exactly what i mean ) The room wasn't bad by any means, but the bathroom was that of a $49 a night days inn, and felt like I was on irlo bronson, not palm parkway.

2. Our room smelled of mold and mildew which was so overwhelming that it was absolutely intolerable.

3. It's not the hotel's management fault, its just that the rooms have no natural ventilation, so with Orlando's humid climate these smells are to be expected.

6. When we got in our room the air conditioning was on and it smelled terrible (like laundry left in the washing machine to long).

Air conditioner gave off that old wet dirty rag smell commonly associated with going a long time without the filter being cleaned, and the thermostat setting (which can't be controlled by the room's occupant) led to the AC turning off and then off every few minutes, all night long, at both Low and High Cool settings.
