2. Only criticism is the noise of a fan all night in room 266, which is apparently above the kitchen--when we complained the following morning, we learned the staff is aware of the problem but still puts guests in the room even when not full.

7. I complained to the front desk and although the hotel was full, they did send someone to my room after I walked to dinner (I thought they could access the porch/patio from outside but it was all water so they would have to swim.

8. Don't pay attention to some of the "gripers" who complain about food and free breakfast,most likely these are people who would never be satisfied no matter where they stay.
