The hotel is only 2 or maybe 3 floors and I would recommend that you take a room on the upper floor, not only for the great views over the marina or sea front road (if you take that side of the hotel) but also we had a family above us for a couple of days who allowed their kids to stomp around the room and the noise was terrible for those two days.
